Trash should be managed with bags and if stored outside in a covered and secure trash barrel. No food scraps or food wrappers in trash, food attracts mice when indoors and bigger critters outdoors.

No clutter the lease area. That includes materials or equipment for future or current projects, recreational equipment, tools, clothing, trinkets, toys, non local natural items such as shells, rocks, or plant materials. Storage is restricted to the footprint of the lease area. Additional storage can be leased in designated storage areas, not on leased areas.

Insurance

Please insure any structures or vehicles you own that are on the lease.

Water is not currently available on the east farm lease, but can be accessed on the west farm. Water is available in west farm lease. In cold temperatures, maintain heating elements on connecting lines at all times.
